Putting the client's financial interests first.This is our principle philosophy and is borne out of many years' experience working in a professional practice environment.
Independent professional standards. The principles of the International Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) are the framework for developing financial plans for our clients. This means that we apply consistent, independent, high quality standards, and you benefit from comprehensive tailored advice, subject to regular reviews. We also adhere to the UK's Institute of Financial Planning code of ethics and professional practice.
Being highly qualified. Our advisers and analysts are either highly qualified specialists in their own fields, or Chartered Financial Planners, which is a significantly higher qualification than the minimum required by the Financial Services Authority.
A transparent fee-based approach to charges. We distinguish between giving financial advice and effecting investment transactions. Having received financial advice from us, clients are under no obligation to effect any transactions. Our fees take account of the time spent, or likely to be spent, in carrying out the work, the complexity of the work, the skills of the person doing it, and our liabilities and regulatory obligations in respect of the work.
